***Please note Real Carbon Fiber Products from overseas use an Inferior Topcoat, an Epoxy "coating", during their finishing process and are also not UV Protected*** This "coating" mimics the look and feel of Automotive 2K UV Clear Coat - It is NOT Clear Coat.
NON Clear Coated / NON UV Exterior parts have no protection against sunlight. Overtime, these parts run the high risk of the Carbon fiber lifting, peeling, hazing, yellowing and/or delaminating from its substrate. The original surface finish of these parts from other vendors WILL exhibit surface scratches, fading, hazing and other defects/blemishes in the *out of the box* workmanship
If selecting Option #2 to :Add Clearcoat + Buffing" Performance Corvettes will properly, and professionally, prep and finish these Quarters. This includes but not limited to at least Two (2) Coats of Automotive UV protected Clear Coat, resand and application of (2) More Coats of Clear, removal of the existing sub par epoxy "topcoat", wet sanding and buffing/polishing, which is all Professional performed IN HOUSE, prior to leaving the shop and includes a 25 Year Workmanship Finish Warranty
Option #3 Will give you a Ceramic Topcoated Clear Bra Paint Protection Film Installation Over the EOS Finish and a 12 Year Workmanship and Materials Warranty
If Selecting an additional option, for Refinish or PPF done in House, please allow for additional shipment item as well as additional shipment costs. Shipment costs will be determined at the time of shipment based on the box size and your location
