We’re a small, very busy, company built on the premise of being extremely efficient.  We do EVERYTHING in our power to keep our operation organized and put the most information up front about our products possible.  The only way we can effectively do this with our very small team is to streamline all of our processes.  Customer service is no exception to this.  We found that phone calls take far longer than emails.  We love to talk to people, but the truth of the matter is that the small talk that comes with every phone call and the number of times information gets repeated in calls adds up quite quickly.  Most calls that could be handled in a paragraph of an email take over 10 minutes by phone.  Ever waited on hold calling into a company?  That’s because chit chat takes up a lot of time, and as humans we love to chit chat.  In addition, much of a phone call goes in one ear and out the other.  It’s hard to remember everything that was said, and impossible to use a search bar to go back and find or review a call like you can with an email.  But what if I need an answer now?  Don’t worry, every website submission goes directly to the owner’s inbox and will be responded to ASAP!  We are almost always on call when you send a message. If something is urgent, just say so in your message.  The more information you can include in your first message, the better.  Vague messages can be difficult to respond to.  Direct and to the point messages with a good description of your request or issue make everything easier and faster, and are most likely to prompt a quick off-hours response!

Due to the volume of parts we finish on a weekly/monthly basis, as well as local custom projects, we can only provide a *General Timeline *of 3 – 6 Business Weeks for shipment ,from WHEN the part(s) are received by us, or longer, on any Custom Painted/Carbon Fiber/Custom Interior Order. Tracking will be emailed directly to you once the order has shipped. We are unable to give exact status updates during the production of your order. Please do not worry, WE ARE WORKING on your part(s) and they will ship as soon as they are ready!  Some Vendors, such as ACI, are currently at a 7-8 week production time before shipping part(s).  Professional workmanship goes into your part(s), in exchange for that, we appreciate your patience

 

Shipping Labels are usually made in advance, this is not an automatic notification your order is shipping out the door the same or next day.  Once the tracking number has actually updated into the UPS or USPS system, that is confirmation the item is in transit

 

 

ALL Custom Finished Products

Please note that due to variations in GM factory colors and base coats, normal wear & tear on your vehicle, and multiple other unforeseeable factors, PERFORMANCE CORVETTES DOES NOT, WILL NOT and CANNOT guarantee a 100% color match on ANY custom made/finished Painted or Carbon Fiber HydroGraphics Part. There are NO returns accepted on custom finished parts as Performance Corvettes does not offer returns on items as our policy is FIRM on All Sales are FINAL. NO Exceptions. ANY PRODUCT RETURNED TO US WILL BE REFUSED UPON DELIVERY and Returned to Sender. Aftermarket, as well as OEM Parts, are always highly recommend to be Test Fitted prior to being Painted, Hydro Dipped or otherwise Customized by Performance Corvettes. There are NO returns or exchanges on ANY PRODUCT once we have put our hands on it, UNLESS, you are a local customer and we ourselves cannot properly install said product to our satisfaction. Almost all aftermarket parts will require modification for proper fitment on your Vehicle and only Professional Installation is Recommended

Please Allow 15 – 30 *Business Days*, for shipment from OUR receipt of part(s) and sometimes longer, for ALL Custom Carbon Fiber, Custom Interior or Any Painted Part – Please note we do not guarantee 100% custom paint matches on any color on pre painted parts without having a vehicle present to blend the paint. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Please note that if an order is at Business Day 31, or 32, or even 33, we will not issue or offer an automatic "full refund".  Our lead times on custom parts is an "estimate" and are not guaranteed dates.  We always do our best to minimize the shipment times, however, these are CUSTOM Made to Order parts, we are PROFESSIONALS when it comes to this level of work.  This means we always put the proper amount of time and effort into anything we put on hands on in the shop.  This is policy on how we operate on in our shop. We will no longer engage via text, email, phone, telegraph or fax machine regarding these policies.  Any combative, argumentative, and/or berating behavior will be ignored.  If you want a custom order cancelled, we are more than happy to do so, by issuing a refund less 30% of the total purchase price, or you may simply wait for us to finish the order properly.  In return for all of this, we greatly appreciate and expect the same patience when it comes to waiting for your order to ship :o)
