Shipping policy
Effective 1/27/16, orders can and WILL ONLY be shipped to the billing address submitted with your order. We will no longer ship to any alternate address.
NO exceptions
Due to the volume of parts we finish on a weekly basis, as well as local custom projects, we can only provide a General Timeline of 3 – 6 Weeks for shipment, or longer, on any Custom Order. *Custom Orders* are defined as Carbon Fiber & Custom Painted Items, or any other item(s) we take care of *In House*
*Order Statuses Updates are not available*
Order Processing Fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Any request for a refund, if applicable, EVEN if the refund is requested immediately after the order has been placed, either by error or buyer remorse, will be refunded at a MINIMUM of less 3%
When will My Order Ship?
In Stock Items typically ship within 2 Business Days. We will do our best to fill non stocked, non Custom Made to Order Products within 3 – 7 Business Days. If you are not sure on the shipment time on an item please view our production time chart which has all estimated ship times broken down by Category, otherwise, if you have not asked us a question prior to ordering, we will take that as you have read our Terms & Conditions which are required to be read before ANY order can be placed. Production times are calculated based on Business Days, not Calendar days and do not include weekends or holidays
Special Order/Custom Made Products
Please Allow 15 – 30 *Business Days*, and sometimes longer, for ALL Custom Carbon Fiber or Any Custom Painted Order – Please note we do not guarantee 100% custom paint matches on any color on pre painted parts without having a vehicle present to blend and/or Match the Paint to Customer Satisfaction. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please note that if an order is at Business Day 31, we will not issue or offer an automatic "refund". Our lead times on custom parts is an estimate. We always do our best to minimize the shipment times, however, these are CUSTOM Made to Order parts, we are PROFESSIONALS when it comes to this level of work which means we always put the proper amount of time and effort into anything we put on hands on in the shop
USPS Post Office Shipments
We Do Ship Express, Priority & First Class Mail. Please note that USPS shipments are sometimes UNABLE to be tracked LIVE in transit as they move from USPS Hub to Hub. Furthermore, the online tracking information may ONLY show that a label has been created for your shipment while the package is actually IN TRANSIT to you. If we inform you the item has shipped, please trust us that it has shipped. USPS does not scan EVERY single package upon pickup from our location and some items may leave the State of Florida, or from other vendor locations, without a scan. The tracking may only finally update once it has hit YOUR local Hub on or prior to the Day of Delivery. Performance Corvettes LLC is NOT USPS. We cannot assist further or offer any additional help regarding in transit or delayed shipments. Sometimes, USPS will deliver the package when they deliver the package :)
Clear coat ***Disclaimer*** for Custom Finished Carbon Fiber Hydro and/or Custom Painted part(s)
Newly applied automotive clear coat requires at least (90) Ninety days to fully cure and harden from the date you receive your order. DO NOT apply ANYTHING, such as waxes, coatings or anything that contains any sort of chemical. ONLY use regular car wash liquid and/or water to these pieces during that time frame.

Please note that due to variations in GM factory colors and base coats, normal wear & tear on your vehicle, and multiple other unforeseeable factors, PERFORMANCE CORVETTES LLC DOES NOT, WILL NOT and CANNOT guarantee a 100% color match on ANY custom made/finished Painted or Carbon Fiber HydroGraphics Part. There are NO returns accepted on custom finished parts as Performance Corvettes does not offer returns on items as our policy is FIRM on All Sales are FINAL. NO Exceptions. ANY PRODUCT RETURNED TO US WILL BE REFUSED UPON DELIVERY and Returned to Sender, if the item is delivered, a 50% restocking fee, less credit card fees and shipping & handling charges will be credited. Aftermarket, as well as OEM Parts, are always highly recommend to be Test Fitted prior to being Painted, Hydro Dipped or otherwise Customized by Performance Corvettes LLC. There are NO returns or exchanges on ANY PRODUCT once we have put our hands on it, UNLESS, you are a local customer and we ourselves cannot properly install said product to our satisfaction. Almost all aftermarket parts will require modification for proper fitment on your Vehicle and only Professional Installation is Recommended
CORE RETURNS
We offer Core Refunds/Store Credit if you send us back your factory parts after the installation of your custom piece. All core returns must follow this policy:
1. You must EMAIL us at Sales@PerformanceCorvettes.com when you’re ready to send back your core(s) for credit and follow the return shipping instructions outlined below
2. If sending back your own core(s), they must be shipped via UPS or Fedex, Insured for the core refund amount, with Signature Confirmation and tracking information is required to be emailed to us within 2 business days of the shipment of the item
3. For speedier service, we can email you a UPS return label to affix to the package and we will deduct that shipping amount from the amount of the core refund, all you have to do is ask
4. We will not be held responsible for customers who choose to send their items back without tracking information and without adding signature confirmation to the shipment

6. Core refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the item and that refund will ONLY be sent back to the Original Form of Payment – If your credit card is expired, stolen, no longer in use or your wife cut it up into tiny pieces, the refund will ONLY be issued in the amount of Store Credit
7. Store Credit Core refunds will be processed within 5 business days
8. Store Credit refunds NEVER expire and are good on ANYTHING we carry

Orders
All orders are Processed the next business day. If a standard, non special order item shows up as backordered, we will notify you by e-mail within 48 hours and provide an estimated shipping date. Any order with a Value exceeding $999.99 requires signature confirmation
RETURN POLICY, DAMAGE CLAIM AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE REPEAT, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEM, AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. ANY NON CUSTOM ORDERED ITEM FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WILL BE EXCHANGED FOR A REPLACEMENT. IF AN EXCHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE, WE WILL THEN ISSUE A REFUND. IF A CUSTOMER FAILS TO ABIDE BY OUR POLICIES AND RETURNS AN ITEM TO US FOR ANY REASON IT WILL BE REFUSED AT DELIVERY AND RETURNED TO SENDER OR OTHERWISE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF A 50% RESTOCKING FEE, LESS ALL PREVIOUSLY PAID SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ALONG WITH ALL APPLICABLE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES AT A MINIMUM OF 3% OF THE TOTAL ORDER. THESE POLICIES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE AND CANNOT BE CIRCUMVENTED FOR ANY REASON, AT ANYTIME, BY ANYONE. PERIOD. ANY REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION, IF HONORED, WILL BE REFUNDED LESS 4%. PROCESSING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. THIS PERTAINS TO ALL ORDERS, EVEN IF THE ORDER IS 60 SECONDS OLD.
Any used item, unless otherwise stated, has no warranty expressed or implied.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returned items & any part returned for a Core Charge. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless Performance Corvettes LLC was at fault and/or made an error. Returns must be sent with Online Tracking Information including Signature Confirmation. We will not be responsible for items that have been sent back to us without a signature even if the tracking information shows it was delivered.
Customers will be charged a MINIMUM 30% restocking fee for ANY package returned by UPS or Fedex because of refusal or non-delivery. Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded, Credit Card Processing Fees are non refundable. NO exceptions.
There will be a MINIMUM 30% Cancellation Fee for any cancellation or request for refund(s) on ANY order within 45 Business Days from the original order date. Our lead times are only estimates and are not guaranteed, unless you have purchased our Rush Service on a product that was readily available at the time of purchase! If we are unable to fulfill your order within 45 Business Days from the original order date we will refund the order in full without penalty on any part that is not ready to, or close to being, shipped at the time of said request. All requests must be made in writing via email. Any person or customer that files a chargeback within our stated timeframes on ANY order that has not been shipped yet will still be shipped to you when ready. We Repeat, ALL sales are FINAL.
ALL FEES PERTAINING TO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF PERFORMANCE CORVETTES LLC. THESE FEES WILL BE CALCULATED BASED ON THE ITEM ORDERED, SELECTED VENDOR, CURRENT/ACTUAL STATUS OF PART(S) OR ORDER(S) AS WELL AS ANY LABOR THAT MAY HAVE BEGUN ON YOUR ORDER
Damaged Shipments
If Possible, Please inspect your shipment in the presence of the UPS or Fedex driver. If any damage is found, please refuse the shipment & notify the carrier immediately so that necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of part or item. Please notify Performance Corvettes of the claim & the details of the damage within 7 Business Days. No replacement part will be sent until the original part is back in our possession. This includes any order received with damage or in error.
Carrier
Most orders are shipped UPS or Fedex Ground service unless otherwise requested. UPS or Fedex require a physical street address to ship, they do not deliver to a P.O. Box. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included in delivery time. Fedex Does Deliver on Saturdays with their regular Ground Service. UPS deliveries for Saturday will incur an additional charge

Ground Delivery
Freight costs are figured on weight or dimensional weight and shipment destination. Delivery time within the Continental U.S.A. is from 1 to 6 business days, depending on the customer location & origin of the shipment
3 Day Air
Freight costs are figured on weight or dimensional weight and shipment destination. Guaranteed delivery time is the third business day from the actual day of shipment. UPS 3 Day service is available only in the Continental U.S.A.
2nd Day Air
Freight costs are figured on weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the second business day from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
STANDARD OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
Freight costs are figured on destination and weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the following business day from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
Priority Overnight Delivery
Freight costs are figured on destination and weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the following business day by 10:30 A.M. from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
Next Day Early AM Delivery
Freight costs are figured on destination and weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the following business day by 8:30 A.M. from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
UPS Saturday Delivery
This service is available with Priority Overnight service only. An additional $25.00 per box will be added to the Priority Overnight shipping charge. This service is only available in the Continental U.S.A. Saturday Delivery is Standard with Almost All Fedex Shipments
Holiday Hours
No Custom Work is performed During the Thanksgiving Holiday Week or From 2-3 Days Before Christmas Until 2-3 Days After New Years Day Depending on how the Holidays Fall Based on Calendar Year. We are also closed on all Major Holidays throughout the year and on weekends.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Small Items
We have several options for USPS international shipments – USPS First Class Mail. Any order exceeding $250.00 USD will ship USPS Express Mail. Please contact us for an exact quote prior to placing any international order as the shipping costs on our website reflect those orders shipping to the Continental United States Only. Additional shipping costs will be required for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico
Larger Items
Performance Corvettes Ships Anywhere in the World via Air Freight Services. Shipments are made to the customers local airport/terminal destination. Phone Numbers & Your Nearest Airport Location are required with all orders. We are not able to ship door to door to international destinations. Any Customs Fees, Duties or Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and Performance Corvettes will not be liable for any additional fees due upon delivery of an order
