Please read these terms & conditions carefully before using this web site and/or placing your order. Your use of this web site confirms your unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this web site.

You hereby ratify your understanding that any and all sales placed on PerformanceCorvettes.com are final, non-refundable and waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.
Due to the volume of parts we finish on a weekly basis, as well as local custom projects, we can only provide a General Timeline of 3 – 6 Weeks for shipment, from when part(s) are received, some can take longer, on any Custom Order.
Shipping Labels are usually made in advance, this is not an automatic notification your order is shipping out the door the same or next day. Once the tracking number has actually updated into the UPS or USPS system, that is confirmation the item is in transit
Oversized shipping charges may be required on special order items if the box size exceeds normal Ground dimensions once it comes in from the Vendor AFTER your order has been placed which will exceed our standard website cost of $9.99
Performance Corvettes DOES NOT STOCK Inventory from other Manufacturers. Products listed online do not indicate an item is "on the shelf" for immediate shipment
ETAs, If Given at the time of order, or after an order has been placed, are just that, an "estimated" time or arrival given to us and then relayed to the you, the customer. We have no control over these delivery times, any original stated ETAs, shipment and/or customs delays while an order is in production and/or waiting to be delivered to the manufacturer. Cancellations and/or Refunds are not available once an order has been processed unless an item is Discontinued
There are no ETAs or status updates available on OEM GM parts. If part(s) are on our shelf, they will ship ASAP. If they're ordered from our local dealership AND on the shelf in Michigan, it's typically a minimum of (2) Weeks to get to us. If they are not sitting on a GM Shelf, all we can tell you is that they will get to us when they get to us. The only info GM will give us is that the part is "available", which is an indicator that ONCE ORDERED, this part will come in X amount of weeks or X amount of Months. The sooner you order a part, the sooner it will get to your door. If you have not received tracking it is because the order has not shipped yet. There is no further debate or discussion available on this policy.
Order Processing & Marketing Fees (If applicable to your order) are NON REFUNDABLE. Any request for a refund or cancellation of your order, EVEN if it is requested immediately after the order has been placed, either by error or buyer remorse, or failure to simply wait the listed, stated or appropriate time frame for shipment, will be refunded at a MINIMUM of less 10% and up to 50% depending on the product, timeframe at when the cancellation/refund is requested and/or the Manufacturer's specific policy.
ANY request for cancellation, any charge back filed and/or any mention, threat, promise, insinuation, hint or mention of the word and/or phrase relating to the word "chargeback" or any type of request for a refund within our stated time frame will be instantly cancelled and an immediately charged a minimum 35% CANCELLATION FEE of the Original TOTAL Purchase Price. Order will remain on hold until any outstanding issue is resolver to our satisfaction.
Pricing on our Website is subject to change without notice. Manufacturers and/or Vendor do not always inform us of pricing changes and/or changes to design of product(s). Sometimes we only notice these changes when the order is placed. Photos depicted online may be representative of actual product. If there is a pricing error, we have the option of a full refund or invoicing separately for the balance owed to complete the order
Please note that if an order is at Business Day 31, or 32, or even 33, we will not issue or offer an automatic "full refund". Our lead times on custom parts is an "estimate" and are not guaranteed dates. We always do our best to minimize the shipment times, however, these are CUSTOM Made to Order parts, we are PROFESSIONALS when it comes to this level of work. This means we always put the proper amount of time and effort into anything we put on hands on in the shop. Please note this is policy on how we operate on in our shop. We will no longer engage via text, email, phone, telegraph or fax machine regarding these policies. Any combative, argumentative, and/or berating behavior will be ignored. If you want a custom order cancelled, we are more than happy to do so, by issuing a refund less 35% of the original purchase price, less any applicable processing, shipping, handling and/or administrative costs or fees, or you may simply wait for us to finish the order properly. In return for all of this, we greatly appreciate and expect the same patience when it comes to waiting for your order to ship :o)

Performance Corvettes was founded on a strong belief that our customers are the reason for our success. We back each and every custom product we manufacture and sell with outstanding customer service practices, and our 100% quality guarantee.
Each order is created through a team effort. You are a very important part of our team. We rely on you for vital information in order to produce the specific custom products (Carbon Fiber, Custom Paint and other Custom Made to Order Products) you want. While we are working together, we each have responsibilities. For your convenience, we have included these responsibilities below. Please take a moment to read them. These are the Terms and Conditions that govern all of our sales. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
* CORE RETURNS OF YOUR STOCK PARTS*
Shipping/Insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we no longer send pre paid shipping labels
Additional charges will be incurred, or deduct from your refund/store credit, after and if we have to, the task of, if your parts are drowning in Armor All or any other waxes or previously applied sealants etc at the rate of $150.00/HR
PERFORMANCE CORVETTES IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Standing behind our products 100%. Performance Corvettes backs each and every product we manufacture ourselves with a 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any defective custom product. We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 5 Business days of receipt, time is of the essence. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "defect" or "defective" means a manufacturing error.
- Any Gift Card being used is 1 per customer, per order, multiple gift cards cannot be used for the same order at the same time and cannot be applied to sale or discounted products, unless otherwise stated or agreed to by Performance Corvettes before a purchase
- Store Credits applied for core returns or holiday sales etc are applied to your online account and never expire
- Coupon codes must be used at the time of the original order, we will not process discounts after an order has been received, placed and/or processed
- Coupon codes are not valid on products that state no coupon codes can be used or with any tires
- Performance Corvettes LLC is NOT a free storage facility for your stock or leftover part(s). Parts left on property become ownership of Performance Corvettes LLC if they are not removed or picked up from our location within 30 days. We will not be held liable for damage, loss, theft, acts of god or any other issue that may happen for your failure, or unwillingness, to remove your part(s) from our shop. We reserve the right to keep, sell, use, refinish or dispose of items at our discretion, unless other written agreements have been made for us to keep your parts on site. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- PRODUCING YOUR ORDER CORRECTLY & ON TIME.
Large or specialty orders may require additional production time. Replacement orders are subject to the same production time frames (as set forth above) as the original order. For more information, please speak to your sales representative. Your finished order will be shipped via Ground Services, unless otherwise paid for directly to the address you specify on the original order invoice
ALL CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Please note that due to variations in GM factory colors and base coats, normal wear & tear on your vehicle, and multiple other unforeseeable factors, PERFORMANCE CORVETTES DOES NOT, WILL NOT and CANNOT guarantee a 100% color match on ANY custom made/finished Painted or Carbon Fiber HydroGraphics Part. There are NO returns accepted on custom finished parts as Performance Corvettes does not offer returns on items as our policy is FIRM on All Sales are FINAL. NO Exceptions. ANY PRODUCT RETURNED TO US WILL BE REFUSED UPON DELIVERY and Returned to Sender. Aftermarket, as well as OEM Parts, are always highly recommend to be Test Fitted prior to being Painted, Hydro Dipped or otherwise Customized by Performance Corvettes. There are NO returns or exchanges on ANY PRODUCT once we have put our hands on it, UNLESS, you are a local customer and we ourselves cannot properly install said product to our satisfaction. All aftermarket and OEM part(s) will require Installation, some may require modification, for proper fitment on your Vehicle and only Professional Installation is Recommended
Additional costs are charged for paint matching/blending for any local customer. If you are not that local to us and would like a better option for u to paint match any product you order, any customer can choose to ship us your fuel door so that we can better match the paint to your car. Additional charges will apply as this paint will be mixed/ordered, specifically for your application. Please contact us PRIOR to purchase for any additional information, questions, comments or concerns regarding paint matching
ALL CARBON FIBER HYDRO GRAPHICS AND/OR CUSTOM PAINTED PRODUCTS
Production times for these custom made to order parts have a lead time of UP TO, or more than, 30 Business/Working Days from the original date of purchase. ANY request for cancellation, any charge back filed and/or any mention, threat, promise, insinuation, hint or mention of the word and/or phrase relating to the word "chargeback" or any type of request for a refund within our stated time frame will be instantly cancelled and an immediately charged a minimum 35% CANCELLATION FEE of the Original TOTAL Purchase Price. Since all these parts are custom ordered and custom made to your specifications, we do not accept ANY cancellations within 60 Business Days of the original order date. Weekends & Holidays DO NOT count towards business days. Business days are Non Holiday calendar days between Monday and Friday.
ANY AND ALL verbiage written in these Terms and Conditions supersede any wording stated on our website, any quote or response given via email, over the phone, in person, USPS stamped mail or any other form of communication, such as carrier pigeon, written telegram or singing telegram
Website pricing is subject to change without notice. Certain vendors do not inform of us of current price changes at all times. OEM GM pricing can typically change on an increasing monthly basis. If we are unable to fulfill an order at the advertised price, a refund will be issued immediately with the option to repurchase at the current pricing
OUR HOLIDAY/NON WORKING DAYS ARE
- ALL of Thanksgiving Week
- December 20th - January 3rd - These dates are approximate depending on how the Holidays fall in a given year
Any Order placed within any of the dates stated above will be processed the Next Available Business Day we are back in the Shop. For Example, an order placed on December 22ND will NOT be processed until after the holidays on/around January 3rd. An order placed on/around the Carlisle Event, will NOT start to be processed until the Monday Following the Show, etc etc

By submitting your design to Performance Corvettes LLC, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or other images associated with your order. You also certify that the production of any images you submit does not infringe on any other person/entity’s intellectual property rights.

GIVING DUE ATTENTION TO THE ORDER SELECTED.
Before completing checkout, carefully review your order in detail. Please give special attention to (1) the items you have chosen for purchase and (2) you have chosen the correct color/pattern and included all other vehicle information IF required. If there are no changes or corrections to your order, proceed with checkout. A submitted order may not be cancelled and will not be refunded for any reason.

SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT
It is our goal to have your product delivered to you on or before the date you need it. We hope you understand, however, that we cannot guarantee our deliveries nor be held responsible for delays in production, or any delays in shipping which are beyond our control, such as inaccurate/undeliverable address information, U.S./Foreign Customs procedures, the misrouting of your package by the shipping carrier, or the unavailability of the addressee. In addition, there will be additional shipping charges if the product is to be shipped to ANY location outside of the United States. If you are outside the Continental United States, a shipping total will be emailed to you after the order has been placed

Please note that our FAQ section is VERY humorously written, at least we think so, however, we do mean 99.9% of it. We still love Corvettes and we do appreciate ALL of our customers, except for the ones who turn into a giant pain in the ass! You know who you are. Would you like if we came to your work every day asking you the same question about where our order is? Please don’t be that guy. Patience is a virtue. The world will still continue to turn on its axis if your order does take a bit longer to ship than advertised, shit happens! Just be cool about it if it does.
Please note again… Since we get an email or phone call almost everyday from a customer with an order that’s a few days old asking “Has This Shipped Yet?”, we do assume NO ONE ever bothers to read the Terms & Conditions or our Shipping/Returns Section, even though you MUST check that you did prior to placing any order with us. SO!, if you actually took the time to read this, just mention the phrase, Hey! I Read the TOC!, to us via email, within 48 hours of your purchase and we will refund you back 5 – 10% in Store Credit of your item purchase price just for being a swell dude, or dudette! This store credit is good FOREVER which means it never expires and can be used for ANY product we carry on order you make! For example, if your parts total was $300.00, we will credit you back between $15.00 – $30.00 for basically doing nothing but typing a few words to us, you can even copy and paste the above Phrase!
