GM is currently and still moving at their own pace.   Any parts on our local dealers shelf will ship ASAP, any parts on GM shelf typically take 10-14 Days to arrive.
For parts NOT on either shelf, we have 2 options.
1.  Wait for GM to ship it to us
2. Source parts from other dealers for an additional/minimum 10-20% Cost on the parts, additional shipping charges may also apply, we will contact you directly if either of these 2 options apply, no contact from us indicates there are no issues with your order and it will ship as soon as it's able to ship

Shipping Labels are made in advance, this is not an automatic notification your order is shipping out the door the same or next day.  Once the tracking number has actually updated into the UPS or USPS system, that is confirmation the item is in transit.  You may log into, or create an account on, UPS.com or USPS.com and sign up for text or email alerts to monitor a shipment in transit.  If a UPS tracking number has not updated yet, the item has not yet left the shop and will do so when complete.  Please read further below for info on USPS shipments and tracking related to them

 

 

ETAs, If Given at the time of order, or after an order has been placed, are just that, an "estimated" time or arrival given to us and then relayed to the you, the customer.  We have no control over these delivery times, any original stated ETAs, shipment and/or customs delays while an order is in production and/or waiting to be delivered to the manufacturer.  Cancellations and/or Refunds are not available once an order has been processed unless an item is Discontinued

 

There are no ETAs or status updates available on OEM GM parts.  If part(s) are on our shelf, they will ship ASAP.  If they're ordered from our local dealership AND on the shelf in Michigan, it's typically a minimum of (2) Weeks to get to us.  If they are not sitting on a GM Shelf, all we can tell you is that they will get to us when they get to us.  The only info GM will give us is that the part is "available", which is an indicator that ONCE ORDERED, this part will come in X amount of weeks or X amount of Months.  The sooner you order a part, the sooner it will get to your door. If you have not received tracking it is because the order has not shipped yet.  There is no further debate or discussion available on this policy.  There are no "status updates" on your order, other than what is stated above

 

Oversized shipping charges may be required on special order items if the box size exceeds normal Ground dimensions once it comes in from the Vendor AFTER your order has been placed which will exceed our standard website cost of $12.99

Due to the volume of parts we finish on a weekly basis, as well as local custom projects, walk in customers, weather, etc etc, we are only able to provide a General Timeline of 3 – 6 Weeks for shipment, from when WE receive the part(s) or longer, on any Custom Order.  *Custom Orders* are defined as Carbon Fiber & Custom Painted Items, or ANY other item(s) we take care of *In House*

Order Processing & Marketing Fees (If applicable to your order) are NON REFUNDABLE.  Any request for a refund or cancellation, EVEN if requested immediately after the order has been placed, either by error, buyer remorse or ANY reason imaginable, will be refunded at a MINIMUM of less 10% and up to 50% depending on the product, timeframe at when the cancellation/refund is requested and/or the Manufacturer's specific policy

 

ANY request for cancellation, any chargeback filed and/or any mention, threat, promise, insinuation, hint or mention of the word and/or phrase relating to the word "chargeback" or any type of request for a refund within our stated time frame will be instantly cancelled and an immediately charged a minimum 35% CANCELLATION FEE of the Original TOTAL Purchase Price.  Order will remain on hold until any outstanding issue is resolver to our satisfaction.

 

When will My Order Ship?

In Stock Items typically ship within 2 Business Days.  If you are not sure on the shipment time on an item please view our production time chart which has all estimated ship times broken down by Category, otherwise, if you have not asked us a question prior to ordering, we will take that as you have read our Terms & Conditions which are required to be read before ANY order can be placed. Production times are calculated based on Business Days, not Calendar days and do not include weekends or holidays

Special Order/Custom Made Products

Please Allow 15 – 30 *Business Days*, from OUR receipt of the part(s) and sometimes longer, for ALL Custom Carbon Fiber or Any Custom Painted Order – Please note we do not guarantee 100% custom paint matches on any color on pre painted parts without having a vehicle present to blend and/or Match the Paint to Customer Satisfaction. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

Please note that if an order is at Business Day 31, or 32, or even 33, we will not issue or offer an automatic "full refund".  Our lead times on custom parts is an "estimate" and are not guaranteed dates.  We always do our best to minimize the shipment times, however, these are CUSTOM Made to Order parts, we are PROFESSIONALS when it comes to this level of work.  This means we always put the proper amount of time and effort into anything we put on hands on in the shop.  Please note this is policy on how we operate on in our shop. We will no longer engage via text, email, phone, telegraph or fax machine regarding these policies.  Any combative, argumentative, and/or berating behavior will be ignored.  If you want a custom order cancelled, we are more than happy to do so, by issuing a refund less 30% of the total purchase price, or you may simply wait for us to finish the order properly.  In return for all of this, we greatly appreciate and expect the same patience when it comes to waiting for your order to ship :o)

USPS Shipments

Please note that USPS shipments are sometimes UNABLE to be tracked LIVE in transit as they move from USPS Hub to Hub.  Furthermore, the online tracking information may ONLY show that a label has been created for your shipment while the package is actually IN TRANSIT to you.  If we inform you the item has shipped, please trust us that it has shipped.  USPS does not scan EVERY single package on pickup from our Shop and some items may leave the State of Florida, or from other vendor locations, without a scan.  The tracking may only finally update once it has hit YOUR local Hub on or prior to the Day of Delivery.  Performance Corvettes LLC is NOT USPS.  Unfortunately, We cannot assist further or offer any additional help regarding in transit or delayed shipments.  Sometimes, USPS delivers the package when they deliver the package :) To track the order as USPS updates it, please go to USPS.com and Sign up for Text/Email Alerts.  COVID is still affecting delivery times with USPS due to Reduced Workforce and Overall Increase in Mail/Packages.  If you wish to upgrade your shipment to UPS, please contact us for an additional quote BEFORE placing your order.  Additional costs for small items, like emblems, key fobs, etc, will cost approximate $9.00 and will have a Transit time of (1 - 5) Business Days, sometimes to Include Saturdays, from the day of Shipment from us in Orlando Florida.

     

     

    • Performance Corvettes LLC is NOT a free storage facility for your stock or leftover part(s).  Parts left on property become ownership of Performance Corvettes LLC if they are not removed or picked up from our location within 30 days.  We will not be held liable for damage, loss, theft, acts of god or any other issue that may happen for your failure, or unwillingness, to remove your part(s) from our shop.  We reserve the right to keep, sell, use, refinish or dispose of items at our discretion, unless other written agreements have been made for us to keep your parts on site.  There are no exceptions to this policy. 

     

     

     

    WHEEL/RIM DISCLAIMER

     

    You should inspect your WHEELS immediately upon receipt and BEFORE you proceed with installation, as sometimes an installer will damage a product during the installation process. If your order is not complete or there is any problem, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return a product within 14 days for a full refund, minus any shipping fees (you are responsible for return shipping) and a 25% restocking fee. Before any item is returned you must call to arrange your return with our customer service team. In addition, ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:

    • WHEELS must be returned in NEW RESALEABLE CONDITION, just as it was delivered. Products should be insured for full value through your chosen carrier to cover any damage sustained during return shipping. Products must be returned with all original packaging in place as well as with all accessories. CARDBOARD CANNOT DIRECTLY TOUCH THE FACE OF ANY WHEEL OR IT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that all items are properly secured and packaged to avoid damage during the return trip. Any accessories should be packaged and secured inside the return box (lug nuts, center caps, etc.). We will not accept returns that have been used or improperly repackaged. If an item is returned damaged NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
    • WHEELS have not had a tire mounted on it, has not been installed or used in any other way. IF A WHEEL HAS BEEN MOUNTED, IT IS NOT RETURNABLE. As noted on our boxes, you should have a certified installer TEST FIT one wheel on the front and rear of your vehicle, ROTATE 360 degrees, and check for proper clearances BEFORE mounting tires. Wheels are not returnable once a tire has been mounted.
    • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days, but you are responsible for all applicable fees, including return shipping and insurance. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS.

     

    Clear coat ***Disclaimer*** for Custom Finished Carbon Fiber Hydro and/or Custom Painted part(s)

    Newly applied automotive clear coat requires at least (90) Ninety days to fully cure and harden from the date you receive your order.  DO NOT apply ANYTHING, such as waxes, coatings or anything that contains any sort of chemical. ONLY use regular car wash liquid and/or water to these pieces during that time frame. 

    Please note that due to variations in GM factory colors and base coats, normal wear & tear on your vehicle, and multiple other unforeseeable factors, PERFORMANCE CORVETTES LLC DOES NOT, WILL NOT and CANNOT guarantee a 100% color match on ANY custom made/finished Painted or Carbon Fiber HydroGraphics Part.  There are NO returns accepted on custom finished parts as Performance Corvettes does not offer returns on items as our policy is FIRM on All Sales are FINAL. NO Exceptions.  ANY PRODUCT RETURNED TO US WILL BE REFUSED UPON DELIVERY and Returned to Sender, if the item is delivered, a 50% restocking fee, less credit card fees and shipping & handling charges will be credited.  Aftermarket, as well as OEM Parts, are always highly recommend to be Test Fitted prior to being Painted, Hydro Dipped or otherwise Customized by Performance Corvettes LLC.  There are NO returns or exchanges on ANY PRODUCT once we have put our hands on it, UNLESS, you are a local customer and we ourselves cannot properly install said product to our satisfaction.  Almost all aftermarket parts will require modification for proper fitment on your Vehicle and only Professional Installation is Recommended

     

     

    Paint Protection Film Installs

    The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s) are defective is made within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. Any and All appointment, cutting and/or design fee(s) are non refundable to pay for/order all materials, labor, scheduling, shop supplies, administrative, marketing, and/or cutting of paint protection film in advance prior to your appointment date, etc

     

    Paint Protection Film Warranty

    No refunds will be provided for the work completed. Services or work completed are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship per XPEL guidelines.

Services or work completed are warrantied, as outlined by the Manufacturers Limited Warranty for 10 Years from the Signed Completion Date on XPEL Paint Protection Film - PPF - Lifetime Window Tint Warranty]. XPEL Fusion Ceramic Coatings are Warrantied for (4) Years per the Manufacturers Limited Warranty - All Warranty Info is stated on XPEL's website at www.XPEL.com

     

    Paint Protection Film PPF Disclaimer

    Please remember and be conscience of; we are applying Paint PROTECTION, not Paint PERFECTION Film, herein and otherwise referred to as “PPF". There may be tiny flaws in the film, such as/or a speck of dust, sand grain, hair etc. that found its way under the film, flaws/specks or paint chips in the paint that you didn’t notice previously which are now magnified under/after the Paint Protection film installation. The Darker the Vehicle Paint, Blacks and Blues vs Whites and Silvers, the more noticeable a flaw may seem if viewed right up close. While we take certain precautions before performing our PPF install, such as clothing, indoor showroom Installation, some flaws go unnoticed until the film is actually set on the surface of the Vehicle. We may, during installation, lift the film and removed the flaw or replaced the film;. 

     

    We hope you appreciate our efforts and high attention to detail, care and we, in turn, appreciate your reasonableness.

    All Warranty Information Regarding XPEL PPF is stated on the manufacturer website and we adhere and comply to as such as written

    *IMPORTANT* - PPF will not adhere, nor can it be installed properly and professionally in accordance to XPEL and our Workmanship Standards, to any surface where any type of permanent wax or ceramic coating is present on the application surface. Customer/Company is solely responsible for any and ALL existing, additional labor and/or material charges incurred as a result of any existing surface issue that prevents the installation of PPF. This includes, but not limited to, PPF film costs, labor/installation costs, removal of film and/or panels of vehicle such as bumpers, headlights, doors, mirrors etc, any and all costs and/or any other fees incurred by the business during the installation and preparation of product(s) associated with Scope of Work

    PPF is not recommend to be installed over vehicles or surfaces that have been recently painted, repainted and/or repaired for a minimum time of 30-60 calendar days from date of repair/repaint. I hereby acknowledge and affirm that the area(s) I am having PPF installed to have not had any recent paint or body work within the last 30-60 calendar days.

    No refunds will be provided for the work completed or services performed for our services. Services or work completed are warrantied, as outlined by the Manufacturers Limited Warranty for 10 Years from the Signed Completion Date on XPEL Paint Protection Film - PPF - Lifetime Window Tint Warranty].     CORE RETURNS

    We offer Core Refunds/Store Credit if you send us back your factory parts after the installation of your custom piece. All core returns must follow this policy:

    1. You must EMAIL us at Sales@PerformanceCorvettes.com when you’re ready to send back your core(s) for credit and follow the return shipping instructions outlined below

    2. If sending back your own core(s), they must be shipped via UPS or Fedex, Insured for the core refund amount, with Signature Confirmation and tracking information is required to be emailed to us within 2 business days of the shipment of the item

    3. For speedier service, we can email you a UPS return label to affix to the package and we will deduct that shipping amount from the amount of the core refund, all you have to do is ask

    4. We will not be held responsible for customers who choose to send their items back without tracking information and without adding signature confirmation to the shipment

    Any used item, unless otherwise stated, has no warranty expressed or implied.

    Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returned items & any part returned for a Core Charge. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless Performance Corvettes LLC was at fault and/or made an error. Returns must be sent with Online Tracking Information including Signature Confirmation.  We will not be responsible for items that have been sent back to us without a signature even if the tracking information shows it was delivered.

    Customers will be charged  a 50% restocking fee for ANY package returned by UPS or Fedex because of refusal or non-delivery. Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded, Credit Card Processing & Marketing Fees are non refundable.  NO exceptions.

    There will be a MINIMUM 20% Cancellation Fee for any cancellation or request for a refund(s), on ANY order within (90) Business Days from the original order date. Our lead times are only estimates and are not guaranteed, unless you have purchased our Rush Service on a product that was readily available at the time of purchase!  If we are unable to fulfill your order within (90) Business Days from the original order date we will refund the order in full without penalty on any part that is not ready to, or close to being, shipped at the time of said request.  All requests must be made in writing via email or text.  Any person or customer that files a chargeback within our stated timeframes on ANY order that has not been shipped yet will still be shipped to you when ready. Any Dispute filed during, or within, our stated estimated order production timeline of (90) Business days, will be automatically refunded less 20% as a Cancellation Fee.  We RepeatALL sales are FINAL.

    ALL FEES PERTAINING TO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF PERFORMANCE CORVETTES LLC.  THESE FEES WILL BE CALCULATED BASED ON THE ITEM ORDERED, SELECTED VENDOR, CURRENT/ACTUAL STATUS OF PART(S) OR ORDER(S) AS WELL AS ANY LABOR THAT MAY HAVE BEGUN ON YOUR ORDER

    Damaged Shipments

    If Possible, Please inspect your shipment in the presence of the UPS or Fedex driver. If any damage is found, please refuse the shipment & notify the carrier immediately so that necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of part or item. Please notify Performance Corvettes of the claim & the details of the damage within 7 Business Days. No replacement part will be sent until the original part is back in our possession. This includes any order received with damage or in error.

     

    Performance Corvettes' Holiday Hours

    No Custom Work is performed During the Thanksgiving Holiday Week or From 2-3 Days Before Christmas Until 2-3 Days After New Years Day Depending on how the Holidays Fall Based on Calendar Year.  We are also closed on all Major Holidays throughout the year and on weekends.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
    Small Items

    We have several options for USPS international shipments – USPS First Class Mail. Any order exceeding $250.00 USD will ship USPS Express Mail.  Please contact us for an exact quote prior to placing any international order as the shipping costs on our website reflect those orders shipping to the Continental United States Only.  Additional shipping costs will be required for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico

    Larger Items

    Performance Corvettes Ships Anywhere in the World via Air Freight Services. Shipments are made to the customers local airport/terminal destination. Phone Numbers & Your Nearest Airport Location are required with all orders. We are not able to ship door to door to international destinations. Any Customs Fees, Duties or Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and Performance Corvettes will not be liable for any additional fees due upon delivery of an order
