DEVELOPMENT: The Ferrari 488 is an incredible machine from the factory with one glaring flaw – you can barely hear the 3.9L twin turbo engine sing! Swapping your factory catalytic converters with high-flow catalytic converters – designed to withstand extreme abuse – let you hear your turbos clear as day with no noxious fumes. SOUL downpipes use large radius 3.5″ diameter piping for maximum exhaust flow and sound. As a result of the increased flow you’ll enjoy better turbo response and an increase in drivability! Engine tone is enhanced without an increase in drone for a refined cabin experience. There are no drawbacks with this upgrade, just a better sound, improved engine response, and quicker turbo spool!
CONSTRUCTION: Each set of sport cats is made in-house by our fabrication team from mandrel bent .065″ wall 304L stainless steel tubing, CNC cut flanges, and laser cut brackets. Back purged TIG welding (with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas) ensures proper weld penetration and longevity – crucial for durability on the track.
BOLT ON AND GO: Each set is built and tested in a thick gauge aluminum fixture (which prevents warping) for perfect fitment – guaranteed. Every set is rigorously quality-checked prior to shipping and then foam packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. New high grade hardware is included for the bracketry.
