Our Corvette C6 Zr1 Extended rear spoiler is a must have for anyone looking to keep the ZR1 spoiler style but wanting something more aggressive. Our ZR1 Extended Rear spoiler does exactly that and has the best of both worlds: a perfect balance between an extra touch of aggressiveness while still looking like OEM.

Finish Option:
- Carbon Fiber 100% authentic Carbon Fiber fabric with a weave pattern that has a direct match to the pattern used on factory Carbon Fiber parts from GM. The Carbon Fiber layer is reinforced with aerospace fabrics for additional strength.
- Painted Gloss Black made with high grade composite materials. Painted with automotive Black paint and polished to achieve a high gloss finish, ready to install
- Unpainted Composite Reinforced with high grade composite material. This finish option is ready for you to primer and prep the product for paint. An excellent choice for customers wanting to paint their parts or wanting to wrap them.
Carbon Fiber products are sprayed with 3 generous coats of clear to ensure a long lasting gloss finish and UV protection. In addition to a high quality automotive clear coat, we use a marine based clear gel coat to add extra depth as well as UV protection into our products. The clear coat is then hand polished and sanded to achieve a long lasting beautiful finish.
Our products are tested and verified with CFD analysis for optimum results and aerodynamic efficiency.
Quality and Craftsmanship. Built in-house at our own dedicated manufacturing facility where we build all of our products to maintain a meticulous quality standard. All of our painted products go through a 3 Stage clear coat and finishing process to ensure a lasting gloss finish that will provide years of protection for your product. All of our painted products are sprayed with a premium automotive UV clear coat.

Please Note - Real Carbon Fiber Products do not use an Automotive 2K Clear Coat during their finishing process and are also not UV Protected. Instead, an Epoxy/Resin coating is used, which mimics the look and feel of Clear Coat. These products also have hazing, surfaces scratches and other blemishes in the finish. Prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause de-lamination along with yellowing, fading, peeling and/or cracking.
IF choosing the "PC-Reclear" Option, this will included having the spoiler properly re-prepped and the addition of at least 2 Layers of 2K UV clear coat, along with any required wet sanding/buffing/polishing, all done in house, prior to leaving our shop and comes with a (25 Year) Workmanship Warranty - Custom Made to Order typically 4-6 weeks to us - This is a custom made to order item.
Any Cancellation/Refund request will incur a 30% cancellation Fee or store credit can be applies less 5% of your original order total - Purchasing this spoiler confirms you have read and accepted the terms and conditions relating to this specific item. We are not C7 Carbon and we have no control over their manufacturing process. Lead times provide are estimates.
VENDOR RETURN POLICY:
– Customers must file a request for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days after delivery for a refund.
– Products must be returned to our shipping hub at the buyers expense.
– Returned products are subject to a 50% Restocking Fee.
– Special orders cannot be returned.
– If the buyer purchased the products through a dealer, they must contact the the selling dealer or all order updates.
– We do not accept returns on any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed.
– All returned products are subject to 50% restocking fee.
– Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
– All products returned must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped.
– Only the original buyer may request for a return of products.
– Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. Upon receipt of returned parts, C7carbon shall inspect the parts to determine their exact condition. If C7carbon does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable, buyer must accept any incurred costs.
– All returns, regardless of the underlying reason, must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent shipping collect will be refused and returned to the buyer at his or her own expense.
– Refund will not be issued on returned products that are damaged on the way back to C7carbon.
